Basis on Semarang, Central Java, in comprising two vertically integrated factories and a management office with more than 1,000 employees, looking for following candidates :
Position Purpose :
To lead the Industrial Engineering & Costing Department with main responsibility to run day to day activities, internally to ensure all the BOM (Bill Of Material) is correctly set up route, accurate cost price for Special Order Design/SOD, Semi Finish Good/SFG and Finish Good/FG, production order is right.
Key accountabilities area :
- Be able to present detailed cost analysis on products
- Ensure all BOM (Bill Of Material) for products made in the set up correctly and accurately
- Ensure all new material that must be transacted in the ERP system is set up correctly
- Update based on the result of material changes
- Update the data product builder for any changes that occur
- Perform update BOM (Bill Of Material) and standard run time based on changes that occur on a product
- Set up Product Builder for new items
- Provide information relating to the BOM (Bill Of Material) required by the Department
Position Requirement (Knowledge, Experience & Competency) :
- Male/Female, max 37 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) all major from reputable university, local or abroad
- Min GPA > 2.75
- Up to 7 years experiences in furniture manufacturing
- Has excellent English skill, both oral and written
- Having good interpersonal & communication skills
- Willing to be located in Semarang, Central Java
