DOCUMENT CONTROL UNIT OFFICER (CODE: CDSD)
Responsibilities :
- To check Account Opening / Alteration
- To serve customer or other department with other inquiries related to customer's account
- To input customer's information and document into T24 and CDMS systems
- To always keep customer's file in order
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Law, Economics, Banking/Finance/Business with GPA min.3.00 from reputable University.
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service/Teller in Banking
- Male/Female, max. age is 27 years old
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Good computer literate
- Having good communication skill, interpersonal skill, hardworking, multi tasking, can work fast, neat and thorough.
