DOCUMENT CONTROL UNIT OFFICER (CODE: CDSD)

Responsibilities :

  • To check Account Opening / Alteration
  • To serve customer or other department with other inquiries related to customer's account
  • To input customer's information and document into T24 and CDMS systems
  • To always keep customer's file in order

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Law, Economics, Banking/Finance/Business with GPA min.3.00 from reputable University.
  • Having minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service/Teller in Banking
  • Male/Female, max. age is 27 years old
  • Fluent in English both writing and speaking
  • Good computer literate
  • Having good communication skill, interpersonal skill, hardworking, multi tasking, can work fast, neat and thorough.
